I must admit, in nearly 10yrs of going to what must be hundreds of metal gigs I have only seen a girl get her tits out once. That was at a festival, during Children of Bodom, with her screeching like a banshee on someone's shoulders while drunk.

To say its a widespread metal phenomenon nowadays is probably taking it a bit far. The only people who do it are attention seeking mongoloids in my opinion. They need to get off people's shoulders and give the people behind them a better view of the stage. If they want to show band members their tits, they can groupie round the back of the venue/tour bus and wait for the band. Or just send a photo via Twitter/mail
