She is only able to think about satiating her instinctive desires, like eating and having sex. Then she will probably simply wander off until she starts feeling hungry again.

You would have to breed her several times first before she starts becoming just a little bit smarter, and it would take her a while for her to even start comprehending simple commands.

You would need to use a muzzle or a gagball and a collar or a harness with a leash at first just to not have her wander off or eat you or someone else..
