That one Monster Girl Card game Monorus is working one actually had weapon girls as an option for an expansion backers could vote to add into the game. The girls were gonna be a mix of weapon, and mech while trying to keep it looking like something from a fantasy setting, and it looked really fucking cool, like their Excalibur robot girl. So naturally people didn't vote for it and voted for the Japan one instead because 'muh japan'.
