Towards the end of Persona 3 there can be a lot of tedious level grinding to do (if you're playing on an emulator, using save states and speeding up the game can make this more tolerable), but make sure you finish the story anyway. It's worth it, trust me.

Also, protip: Odin has a certain ability (Thunder Reign) which makes him OP as fuck. Make sure you get him. He's invaluable during boss fights (and also in general).
