It actually depends. The ones made in the first couple years tended to be lower quality (just in terms of proportions of the head, hair and limbs, not in terms of materials which have always been top quality and slightly softer than v1.5 fumos), but the ones made afterwards were as well proportioned as v1.5 fumos, to the point you could call them v1.3 considering how large of a difference there is.
Pic related shows two v1 alice fumos, the one on the left is early production and the one on the right is late production and is very similar to a v1.5 alice.
