i actually ran some calculations on that a while back. If they were made in the exact same way they weigh almost the same, but TPE can be much denser and heavier while silicone is pretty low range. Silicone does have the option of layering and additional core material techniques which helps make them significantly lighter.
Regular maintenance on either is about the same(clean your splooge, powder, dont leave in staining clothes all the time) but TPE dolls will usually need a full body oiling every 4months or so.

both larger and smaller ones have their benefits. Some poses may be easier than others with each type. 34kg is pretty heavy for something that big and dead-weight. Its not about the raw weight, so much as the distribution.

missionary with a much smaller one can be a bit awkward if you want to look direct in her face, but with a close height it should be pretty spot-on.
