Earlier today I posted about a crevasse I found in the Coral Reef biome which would be perfect for Atlantis.
But that one is actually not in a coral reef, it's a short distance away from one.

But this one is incredible, unlike the other one it is right in the middle of the reef. I'm pretty sure it's a continuation of the first one. This one is even deeper, going down to level 11, diamond level. It's got these neat magma geysers that drag you underwater from the surface, and it's actually about 10 blocks wide, which is pretty respectable for a crevasse.

If you follow this ravine a little way it exits in a great open circular depression in the seabed which goes down to level 30, giving you 33 blocks of clearance with the surface. This would be an excellent location for atlantis.

I still think you need to widen the ravine with dynamite. But that could go horribly wrong, so it must be done carefully. You'll definitely need a creeper farm to get the materials, or just a standard all-purpose mob farm to get lots of explosive powder. Or scrap that idea, just go with this terrain. It's pretty neat, I think Gura would like it a lot. There's dolphins frolicking around here too.
