I don't think the rank of the Chief God's power is ever described in relation to other gods, but the fact that the allegiance of other gods is a concern to her, makes it sound like her power is not that much higher than the high rank gods.

An actual power chart of the gods based on canon info goes like this:

High Gods: Chief Deity, Ares, Poseidon, The Fallen One. Its unclear how powerful the Overlord and Hero are on their own (other than that they are the most powerful monster and human respectively), but together they are more powerful than the Chief Deity.

Mid Gods: Eros, Bacchus. Bastet's rank is not stated as far as we know, but she is presumably at least of this rank.

Low rank Gods: Angels, though they themselves have various ranks of power. The highest ranked monster races like nine tailed foxes, echidnas, baphomets and dragons are stated to easily exceed low rank gods in power.
