One would presume a incubus who is an inherent of Eros would be even more loyal thanks to the boons Eros grants when it comes to granting eternal love and such.

Basically most "cheating" involving monsters is more a case of a monster falling in love with a claimed man and forcing herself on him or otherwise making herself a new wife. I doubt Eros considers such things an intentional betrayal on the part of the man, and thus if it did somehow happen to an adherent of hers (perhaps unlikely given the protections she grants) she would no doubt forgive it.

Eros' curse is essentially reserved for people who worship her and yet go out and intentionally destroy/betray love. Such a person would be so rare/unusual that perhaps that is why the curse itself is one of those "it is said" things rather than something well documented.
