Possible DiPP and PCB connection this has spoilers in regards to Sakuya B's ending.
In the ending there is a flower viewing party at the Hakurei Shrine where it is revealed that there is somebody who was buried beneath one of the cherry trees and have been there for about 50 years. Within the Comiket 63 version of DiPP for the track Lovely Mound of Cherry Blossoms ~ Japanese Flower, the story mentions an unnamed person buried beneath a cherry tree and notes that the petals used to be a crimson red but have grown paler through the years. Now in Sakuya B's ending the cherry blossoms also appear to turn red around Reimu although it's also mentioned it could've just been the sun setting that caused this. I think the corpse might be the same one in the DiPP story especially since DiPP has a pretty strong connection with the Hakurei Shrine having the viewpoint from one of the shrine maidens in its Comiket 62 story with an entry from her diary. Also both DiPP and a trial of PCB were also released alongside each other during Comiket 63 so I don't think this is too far of a stretch to speculate on.

This is in regards to PCB Sakuya B's ending.
In this ending Yuyuko mentions that there is a body buried beneath one of the cherry trees at the Hakurei shrine that has been there for about 50 years. I speculate that this body may be somebody from the DiPP story. The unnamed person * mentioned in the comiket 63 version of the story for the track Lovely Mound of Cherry Blossoms ~ Japanese Flower.
My reasoning is this story was released just before PCB came out so ZUN might've put a reference to it within PCBs story. I also think it might be the same spot because it mentions the petals used to be red and in the ending Reimu thinks she sees the petals redden around her.
Now the real mystery is who is buried at Hakurei Shrine? Even if DiPP and PCB aren't related there still leaves the fact somebody was buried at the shrine which is kinda strange given that it is located at the Shrine which is a very touchy place given it serves as the border between Gensokyo and the Outer World and also Gensokyo tends to cremate their dead because of yokai and if they do have burials they have a graveyard for that. Also in CoLA Rinnosuke mentions those nameless dead in Gensokyo typically end up in Muenzuka.

Surprisingly I've never seen this discussed anywhere yet.
