Released mpvacious v0.11

mpvacious is an add-on for mpv that lets you make anki cards from tv shows in less than 8 seconds per card.

Changelog:
- The user can define a global binding for updating notes
- Simplified installation steps for mpv v0.33
- Added support for external audio tracks
- Removed config options anki_user and collection_path
