I would bet it's the White Wolf Guard. They seem really protective of him to the point in the Hata no Sekai chapter she states they drag rowdy costumers that harm Anon to behind the HSE's walls and fucking beat the shit out of them.
Anon probably makes them nice food, talk to them in their break and hear what they want to say and might even brush their tails and do his famous massages if they ask nicely. Small things like these go a long way to build loyalty
