Granted back in those days it was only when Kamis were used as encore for concerts and Babybones were still the main "band".

yup, the bassist Ryo played bass for like one of the first-ever fully-live shows. For the longest time Babymetal had a fake band pretend-playing on stage (like you see in Gimme Chocolate) while instrumentals were being played off a track, but over time they switched over to a full live band

At least in the meantime that they might play again next year or the year after there's plenty of live DVDs to fill the void
