There is the middle route but I beat it by going north with 4CV. No need to bring those 2extra useless hotel to give the CVhime extra an extra round. Dodging 1shelling round is easy.

I used this (minus seaplane fighters on Kamo) to get the middle path and cleared it on the 4th attempt.

I retreated once after going F-H instead of I, though.

If you are going through 2CVhime route, bring 500FP. Just do it like this guy if you going the middle. For south just bring AS+ for boss node since the other nodes have rubbish AS requirement.
