Dragons aren't noted to be picky when it comes to husbands (they just only become submissive with husbands stronger than them), its just that a lot of them don't go out of their way to find men, and the men who come to them tend to be people who want to kill them. Such men get killed or driven away, and thus some dragons die of old age alone.

I can scarcely imagine a unwed dragon not accepting a man who comes to her home and offers himself, even if she does it in a tsundere way or gives him some minor conditions.
