Ame's model is one of the most reasonable ones around. Memebers get a pretty good amount of content for their low buy in, Members like the varied content she provides and non-members eventually get access to it anyway so they can see the benefits of joining in. The incentive is to chill with Ame in the member streams but non-memebers still get to see the quirky variety stuff she's trying with effort.
