I'm afraid you're off on that, the jabberwock's profile makes it clear that regular dragons care about your raw power or fighting ability when it comes to submitting. Otherwise the profile would not make the distinction (namely saying that jabberwocks are different because they care about sexual power).

Unless you have some other source I am not aware of?

This was made especially clear with the jabberwock's profile and how it contrasts the conditions that cause the "submissive instinct" to activate. For normal dragons it is exceptional warrior ability, for jabberwocks it is exceptional lasciviousness.
