I believe it is a mixture of all three. To experience something no other man has before, and potentially what no other man will afterwards, is a lofty goal worthy of attempt. To bring Bern to a state of enjoyment, to arouse her in some regard, would leave a mark upon her life, a permanent scratch in her recollection that can never be erased, that a lowly human was able to do something only her lover had before, something that should take great effort accomplished in but one session with you.
