Any excessive OVERgrowth is disruptive to microbiome - the definition of dysbiosis.

This doesn't take it into account that the toxicity to the organism can come from the immune system over-reacting to an overgrowth (can happen with overgrown amounts of strains of any virulence, as hinted here https://scienceblog.cincinnatichildrens.org/without-a-healthy-immune-system-too-much-good-bacteria-can-become-a-bad-thing ).
It's just like how one tourist/ERP post may have dozens of inflammatory (heh) replies cluttering the whole thread.
