I would say ZUN started running out of ideas as the series progressed. As an example, (and in my humble opinion) most of the more beautiful songs are condensed within the earlier games.

There are a few jewels in the latter games, though. But almost the entirety of the OST from EoSD, PCB, IN was golden for me. Sadly, now I get to find truly amazing only like 2-3 songs per game.

And the same thing happened to the characters, in the earlier games I loved the totality of the cast, while now in the newer ones I only get to like a few, but with great affection.

Utsuho will be the main character, her mission is to save the surface world from the radiation caused by an strange being created from her experiments in hell.

The gameplay will be the same as always, and the new silly game mechanic is that she well have to collect "radiation" to power up herself, and when she gains enough, she will be able to activate an HYPER mode, making her attacks more powerful and flashy.

Also she will be able to absorb/erase some kind of bullets, and she will have her UNYU CANNON, the ultimate weapon, that will deliver an extremely powerful single blow, but will drain a lot/all of her shot power.

And her sprite will have the rudest tits.

This thread made me search for info about ICBM and nuclear war, I just read the whole article in wiki... the EMP bomb is fucking devil!

I'm glad I live in a shit country that no one gives a fuck about... well, we all are going to die if a total nuclear war happens, but I would prefer to die from the initial blast than from the collateral damage.
