For what conceivable reason would a company not give streaming permissions for any game? Not only that, is there any legal precedent in place that requires them to ask for permissions? I get that the rules change a bit when it's a corporation, and music is one thing, but the amount of case law cementing video game streaming as fair use is monumental, is it not?

Is there anything we as an audience can do to push Cover towards either getting permissions faster and more broadly, or have them at least explain why they do this nightmarish bureaucratic system is in place?
