I tried to be fancy and color subtitles based on the character speaking, or more specifically their uniforms. This did get wonky, especially since Fusou and Yamashiro have the exact same color palette. Fairly common in anime subbing, or least it used to be.

Only tested with MPC-HC, sorry. See if KMPlayer has an option to load external subtitles when you run the wmv. I wanted to package the files together properly, but MKV doesn't support wmv and I can't encode for shit except as wmv.
