Oh hey, you remember last time.
I stand by what I said, though. If Saikoroshi had a Rika with a pair of meepers on her chest, it would've been mentioned in the narration, and Rika would've been a lot more hesitant about returning home.
And of course, the claim that the experiments stunted her growth are an unsubstantiated hypothesis coming from a laywoman, and cannot be assumed as actual evidence, nor does she show significant growth after the experiments ended around '83.

Rika was just fated to be flat forever.
