Well, you're not the only one in that situation. So take comfort that you're not the only one.

Personally, I started working out recently. I'm lucky, I don't even have to go out, I can just use the workout equipment my dad gave me. It makes me feel better physically and mentally, it makes me feel like I accomplished something that day, so there's a feeling of content.

Maybe you can find something that will give you peace of mind. For what it's worth, I think you're pretty cool.
