okay. the difference is that anime/manga/novels can be watched/read with ONLY free(libre) software. mpv for anime is libre, sxiv for manga is libre, foliate for LNs is libre, etc. VNs can't be run without executing arbitrary nonfree code. No one cares if it's someone's intellectual property, the only thing that matters is freedom.

I have updated Cross Profile Search and Import to work (and hopefully not crash) on the newer versions of Anki. Feel free to try it. It should be way better than the old version that hasn't been updated since 2019.
