Bunny cunny is one of the most powerful cunnies in Gensokyo, so it shouldn't be a surprise for anyone that she likes Reisen.

For real, though. She probably found some potential in Reisen that she could always purify and make her stronger so she took interest in her.
Or maybe, just maybe, she also wants a pet bunny like Kaguya does too which, of course, it is completely understandable to want to have a pet Reisen!

But the evenings are the times when it's the least lonely in Junko's home. That's when Heca is home from work and Piisu is doing homework or just chilling at home. Junko should take initiative and visit Reisen at work during the day when she's the most lonely. She could continue her medical training under Eirin and help out at the clinic too. It doesn't matter if she acts a bit unprofessional and laughs at the patients small pps.
