If you slightly tweak the shoulder line, it helps take away the anorexic look. But the rest of the problem is Shibafu not doing enough hard shading on the rest of the anatomy. Not sure where to tweak for shortenining the neck, or maybe raising the shoulder/neckline a bit higher.

So I tweaked the eyes a bit, and I puffed the cheeks.

The rest kind of needs a total redrawing.
