I'm sure it does still happen, but nowhere near as often as the edgier crowd would like. It's also just unlikely to ever be officially depicted since the intent to kill is so one sided, and it makes the order side look worse for it if it were to actually show up onscreen. It's not a good look to bisect a monstergirl who just wanted some cummies, etc. etc. Something I hope the AO3 crowd catches onto.
