I have a Meiki Plush DX too. I often put my Busty Aichan on it so it feels more realistic when I want some breast fondling.
A belt is used to hold the doll's own breasts down. I then use sexy clothes to hold the Aichan in place, but it really only works if the doll lies on its back or stomach.
Really happy with it, though.
