Alright, hear me out /jp/

I'm planning on buying something from this site (specifically, a doujin). I'm not a japanese native but I know a bit of the language, so I thought I could do it. I also know that as a foreigner there are some problems and restrictions when buying there, but I think I can work this out.
That's not the issue. Real problem is another.

I'm not 100% certain about this, but I heard that this site employs some strange sort of DRM for reading their products.
That when you buy a doujin/artwork there it's not just an archive with a bunch of jpegs or a pdf or whatever that you download, but some strange encrypted thing that you can read "only via their own software" or something.

Is that true?
And if it is, is there any way to circumvent this?

I don't know, but I hope someone else can help me.
I wouldn't mind paying for it, but I don't want to be burdened with some obscure software.

Could you tell me how I can buy from the japanese DLSite? It doesnt accept my credit card probably because I'm not japanese.

On the english one I can pay with paypal.
Unfortunately the game I want is neither cracked nor on the english site.

Could anybody tell me what I could do?
Or is there no way to buy a game from the japanese site?
