No. Stage48 divides it into two separate ideas:

>The dream is amidst the sweat
>[and] It's [like] a flower that blooms bit by bit

In my opinion, it's only one sentence (see pic) that delivers an even stronger metaphor: the dream is like a flower watered by sweat. The only detail is that 行く should be romanized as "yuku". I could be wrong, though.
