They have their own heavily censored and chinese-geared FGO, AL, Priconne & other gacha games which are suited for the Chinese market since its kind of a lucrative market there. Heck even their china's national bank has custom made FGO credit cards. So essentially the entertainment companies based there teamed with hanakana's producers to allow her to spend her time in China in return for lots and lots of yuans. They sold her to the chinks.
