Well, as I suggusted after the 2nd image was posted, it might be an illustration of an untranslated story. If so, it wouldn't be too surprising that multiple artists would pick it up, and it would explain all the other stuff happening in the 2nd.

also, got a pixiv/name/more for that artist? I think that's only the second image I've seen of his.

There is absolutely nothing stopping artists from drawing cute stuff or from writing heart warming stories. They simply choose not to. Those that do make torture fics/images do not in any way prevent the former from doing what they like. I can't imagine anyone actually being so confused as to think this is the case. Are you so obsessive compulsive that you feel the need to check every yukkuri image you see and rage about it if you don't like it (much like the retards that go into /jp/ threads they don't like and SAGE SAGE SAGE)?
