News:
-Summer event ends on 9/2, 1100JST.
-The event consists of seven maps in total; four main event ones and three EO ones.
-Seven new ships added - Kawakaze, Hayasui, Mizuho, Umikaze, Libeccio, Kazagumo and Teruzuki.
-New plane experience system implemented.
-Shoukaku and Zuikaku will get kai 2 after the event.
-Killing minibosses at X,Y nodes in E-7 reduces the main boss's armor. Debuff resets at 2400JST.
-Cranes requires a special catapult item (blueprint style) to modernize into Kai Ni. Catapult is obtained by clearing E-6 on medium/hard.

This game needs a way to reward your ships for exceptional performance. Something like being able to praise them, pat their heads, or give them whatever they request in their MVP message.
