NMB48 does. Most of Akarin's fans are female, thanks to her youtube channel and make-up books she's made a name for herself among girls and young women. Plus a few other NMB girls have plenty of female fans too, like Queentet was kinda targeted at female fans and even had a little female-only handshake event when they did a little fashion book, Saepii is involved in the fashion world and has designed clothes, and a few girls have modelling contracts in female-targeted magazines. Even Sayanee's fanbase added a whole heap of female fans in her last few years. Due to demand, several NMB concerts have had female-only sections in the audience to cater for their female fans (I think there was one or two concerts where a third of the total seats were designated as female-only) and they've done a couple of theater shows where the audience was restricted to females only.
