I don't have a camera to take a picture of what my hands look like but really similar to the hand in my pic except worse, dermatillomania sucks. I always have the urge to pick at the skin on my hands, thus the red spots, people think its like an std or some shit.

I've always said to myself I should just wear gloves but I don't know of any good casual wearing gloves, wearing some types of gloves would just make me stick out even more.
