Why are you such an insecure little shit? You can't even see his legs. For all you know he could have massive quads. In my experience people who so readily call people out for "skipping leg day" on the fkin internet dont even "do legs" much. I say this as someone who can squat over 210kg at less than 90kg b/w and doesn't train arms or chest (not required for weightlifting) so I'm not biased towards training upper body or anything if anything I'm inherently biased against it.
