From what I know, he was more or less holding the role of manager some time ago (but doesn't appear much in events for the time I'm "actively" following the group, aka a few month).

If you're speaking about Koji Tanaka, he's currently holding the role of producer/director and seems to also carrying the role of manager (so bringing the member to events, actually taking the cheki, patting you shoulder when your "time" is up during handshake etc...) with the help of a guy that, according to some anon, was previously working for OyaHolo.
