Let me tell you a little something anon-kun.
Kitsunes are infinitely superior to subhuman furries for one simple fact: A kitsune has several times more volume of fluff than "furries" while still being unmistakably human in appearance. Furries on the other hand, are just anthropomorphic animals with painted skin. Therefore, any self respecting man of culture would choose the noble kitsune, as choosing otherwise would show that he would rather have hard animal features instead of the feature that is ironically their namesake.
In summary: Kitsunes are comfortably human in appearance, thus easy on the eyes, and soft with big fluffy tails. Furries just have the animal thing going for them, and anyone who is into them outs themselves as a sodomite.
