Well. Ignoring the ram part and just going with "sheep" and "dog" I imagine they would have dog paws incorporated into their hands, with a bottom half like a satyr. Probably horns curling around dog ears as well.

I could see her acting brave and barking at lots of possible dangers, but if something genuinely spooked her she'd probably "ba~ah" really loud and faint.
