They have special graphics. The red sword doesn't have a shield, the secondary instead shoots a keystone, the dual blades are normal as far as I can tell, the hakkero shoots stars as its regular shot, the regular dolls have lances lances that they point when shooting their lasers, the Sakuya dolls shoot knives, but act as normal dolls as well. Both doll weapons have the same stats.

Didn't have them reforged at Nitori, they drop like this.

I would've assumed there'd be one for each weapon type, but the two different dolls make that idea a bit murky.
