My assumption is that Kurumin and Megu will on Oha Suta for another five or so months, based on the show's tendency to regularly replace its hosts/regulars/girls.
Previously, the show's cast would be switched up once a year, early each April. But that trend ended with the previous incarnation of the show, in which the cast stuck around for 18 months, from April 2016 through September 2017.
And now we're over a year into the current incarnation. Stands to reason that we'll see this gang stick around through the end of March-ish, if I had to guess, for a total of 18 months.
So, yes, enjoy Megu and Kurumin on Oha while you still can. I can't speak to Kurumin's future with Ciao Smiles, since I don't know much about them.
