Me thinks and believe MGE Monstergirls would definitely gain ground, influence and territory in the more poorer, rural and impoverished 3rd World Countries of our world. Such as Southeast Asia, The Middle East and Africa as a whole.

Meanwhile the developed 1st World Countries such as the West: Europe, Russia and most especially the United States of America. Would be holding out against the monstergirl forces and whatever Lilim(s) that command them. Mostly because the developed 1st World Nations are "more enlightened" and educated than the places that would be taken over by the monstergirls. And they'd pretty much view the monstergirls as threats and enemies, both ideological, religiously, and politically.

I like the idea of real life Earth invaded by Monstergirls, where Monstergirls overtake nations that can't stand against them due to lack of will or lack of power (Africa, SE Asia, today's hyperleftist Sweden). I'd prefer year 202X Earth, but for example year 1914 Earth and renaissance Earth sound pretty swell also.

For example, imagine a video game like X-Com in such a setting - you fight against Monstergirl incursions, but slowly your funding nations get corrupted by them. I think RL geography and politics would make a planet-sized Monstergirl setting better, not worse.
