All of the other imageboards I liked have died out over time. Sadly, they never seem to last that long.

Back in the late 00's there were a lot of niche boards all over the place with lots of different subjects. It felt very experimental and it was pretty nice. The one I miss most is wakachan. It had comfy boards, even if it wasn't exactly a unified community by its nature as a confederation of several boards. For those days where you just wanted to look at pictures though, it was great.
