I barely even post on imageboards at all anymore. The spinoffs I used to post on are dead, dying, so hyper-niche I can not check them for months and not much will happen, or just fucking suck. One even turned into a redirect to some shitty Norwegian porn site. It's kind of sad because I've always spoken to very few people outside of here and /jp/ was definitely one of the comfiest boards among the like, dozen or so years I've been on this shithole of a website. But so life goes and all that.
I can enjoy the stuff I enjoy without really talking to a buncha people, and it helps that I can also not be judged if I'm not speaking about it with others which is always a bonus. And even when I do talk to people, anonymity doesn't really mean much to me anymore as the few I talk to are just as equally into weird niche shit as I am. So when I rant and rave about the environmental design of Back 4 Blood for three hours they don't have a place to tell me to genuinely fuck off because they just ranted and raved at me about the difference between felt and cotton for stitching or some shit for an equally long amount of time.
