Much better art, especially in the later chapters (early chapters look surprisingly sketchy actually), much easier to read because of episodic storytelling removing most of the pacing issues that SSiB has, Kasen is a fun character who always does stuff in every chapter, interacts with lots of characters and even appears in the games, fanservice is pretty much only stuff like cameos from other characters instead of random swimsuit scenes like SSiB had (seriously why even, especially with that bad art).

The episodic nature of it can make the manga feel like it's not really going anywhere in the long run and it also tends to randomly shift in tone between being funny and serious in some chapters. I don't really mind but you see people complain about it on /jp/ in the threads usually. Sometimes I feel like the humor in it is always the same thing (character A says something and character B makes a funny face as a reaction)
