Want to feel the cool night breeze on a stroll but think going alone could be dangerous? Consider Greenworms! These squishy green mamono are the perfect partner for an evening saunter through the city or local park! Their soft bodies comes as the result of the additional padding they have underneath their relatively loose skin, which acts as a built-in insulator, while still remaining breathable. This means that Greenworms will always be comfortable on an evening walk, which can sometimes either be a bit brisk or a little warmer randomly. If it gets cold enough, your Greenworm can consolidate some of the loose squishy stuff into a hood, which can keep her whole head nice and toasty! On top of being very functional, it's also incredibly cute! The biggest hurdle to taking a stroll is, more often than not, being afraid of getting jumped by rogue mamono looking for a nice piece of meat such as yourself. With your Greenworm in tow, this is no longer a worry. Being alone leads to a significant increase in the chances that you get taken by a lusty mamono, mostly because you look like an easy target. Just having the presence of your Greenworm there will deter some of the more mild-mannered rapists from acting. Greenworms actually also have natural built-in tools that mamono instinctively fear as well. They have multiple eye-like markings along their bodies, which many mamono are put off by. Nobody knows why, but these eye-like patterns are unnerving, which means that Greenworms can very easily startle much more powerful mamono with ease. This means that you can walk worry free knowing your Greenworm has your back! With it getting a little warmer where I live, I thought it would be a good idea to get some fresh air the other day, and I felt completely at ease together with my Greenworm. We decided that we would take a quick walk through the park nearby my home, so I put on my hoodie and the two of us embarked. She was a little chilly, so she pulled up her hood partway through, which I told her was adorable. She probably was getting a little hot with her hood up, however, as she did look a bit red. She didn't take it off though, probably because she knew how cute I thought she looked with it on. The park itself was pretty clandestine, until we came upon a very depraved looking Raiju. She took one look at the two of us and we instantly knew - we needed to get away. Despite my Greenworm having warded off a few Hellhounds and a Jinko so far, we knew this one wasn't something to trifle with. With her on my back, we sprinted in the opposite direction and jumped behind some bushes. Being with my Greenworm all the time, it's likely that my scent is pretty well mixed with hers, meaning that the Raiju likely lost us when we got out of her line of sight. With the action being over, the two of us were left alone under the stars behind the brush. The moonlight created an ephemeral sheen on her hair as she tried to catch her somewhat visible breath due to the somewhat crisp evening air. As she looked me in the eyes and gave me a relieved smile, I only had one thought on my mind. I've never thought I'd experiencing something that amazing in my life, her combination of beauty and the memories of our time together flooding in. Before anything could happen, a mamono police officer called out, announcing that anyone hiding from the crazy Raiju were safe, as she had been neutralized. Don't know if that means she got someone or if she got captured but I'd rather not know to be honest. I carried my Greenworm on my back home and spent the rest of the evening relaxing after that experience. Even though it did not go completely according to plan, that was a memory I won't be able to forget, and I'm sure that you and your Greenworm can make memories just like this as well!
