I'm not into them whatsoever and it makes me feel like the otaku scene is really starting to blow past me. They're seeming to really be kicking the shit out of iM@S when it comes to that "parasocial connection with anime girls" aspect too. Maybe I'm just too much of a big old boomer who can't adapt.
