There was a rumour going around that these SSiB and other anime shots were from a fan anime that got cancelled because it didn't get ZUN's approval. Apparently ZUN thought that the fan anime looked "too much like official Touhou", which would've made fans think the anime as an official product.
But considering most of the anime shots are basically traced over ZUN art, they're more like mock-ups than real thing
