I was curious to see if she used watakushi or something else, but it's just the full name in both.
However, I suppose the same meaning could still be derived from this. She still doesn't explicitly refer to herself as Houjou Satoko anywhere in the chapter.

She refers to herself normally (watakushi) when speaking generally, but when talking about the rules of the game, it's Houjou Satoko.
